Ms Nairy Baghdikian
Nairy is a Director of Cogentum, a boutique innovation and growth consulting firm. Nairy's practice focuses on using customer insight to help clients make confident decisions about innovation, growth strategy and strategic marketing.
Nairy has worked closely with management teams across a wide range of industries including Life Sciences, Agribusiness, IT&C, Tourism, Professional Services, Education and FMCG to identify and nurture opportunities that lead to profitable, organic growth.
Previously Nairy was a Principal Consultant in the Australian arm of Strategyn and earlier the Executive Director of International Technology Partners Worldwide. She has also spent over a decade in academia at both Monash University and RMIT University where she led the delivery of the marketing, innovation and marketing research streams, lectured extensively throughout SE Asia and provided professional training programmes for blue chip corporate clients.
Nairy's early career was with leading consumer goods companies such as Kraft Foods, Uncle Toby's and Carnation Milk, marketing brands that are still household names today, including VitaBrits, Weeties and Philadelphia Cream Cheese.
Nairy holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Monash University in Melbourne.
